Bachelor of Design - B.Des.(Interior)

Affilited to Shivaji University, Kolhapur

Duration : 4 years | Monday to Satureday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
Including proffessional training periods in private offices / on site.
Fees Rs.18000/- + University fees as applicable

Eligiblity : First Year B.Des (Interior)

1) H.S.C. (Maha.) or EQUIVALENT of any faculty.
2) 10 + 2 years diploma/certificate course by MSBTE or equivalent.
3) Passing Aptitude test conducted by the institute. ( minimum 40%)

Eligibility : Second Year B.Des (Interior)

1. First year B. Des.
2. 10 + 3 years diploma in interior design or Architectural Assistantship by MSBTE or equivalent.
3. 10 + 2 years full time diploma in interiors by MSBTE or equivalent + one year full time professional experience with concerned professionals supported by experience certificate / testimonials.
4. In addition to above following cases will be eligible for direct entrance to 2nd year B. Des.
5. Passing 1st year of Interior Degree course from any University having equivalence.
6. Passing 1st year of B. Arch.
7. Any other similar courses in which Architectural/ Engineering Drawing and Aesthetic theories as a subject are covered, all recognized by the respective authorities from Maharashtra / other states or equivalent. Provided said course from any University / Registered institute actively conducting specialized studies in concerned discipline for period of not less than 3 years. 
   
   

For Third year Admission

1. 2nd year B.Des. completed /ATKTfrom Shivaji University.
2. H.Sc + Two years diploma + one year's full time practical training with concerned professionals.
3. In addition to above, the following cases will be eligible for direct entrance to 3rd year degree course.
4. Passed in 2nd year of B.Des from any University
5. Who have passed in 2nd year Architecture provided said course from any university / registered institute actively conducting specialized studies in concerned discipline for the period of not less than 3 years.

Certificates to be Submitted

• Duly attested xerox copies of the following certificates must be submitted at the time of admission.
• Statement of Marks, H.S.C. or equivalent
• Latest original school leaving / Transfer certificate.
• Domicile Certificate (for out of Maharashtra candidates)
• Cast validity certificate for candidates of reserved category.
• Non creamy layer certificate for O.B.C. category.
