2.To elect the Chairman, Vice Chairmen, Hon. Secretary, Treasurer and
Executive Committee members of Institution of Valuers, Kolhapur Branch
for the year per the letter from H.Q for the year 2010 – 2012 as per the
Letter from Head Office New Delhi.

To Declare the Body of Newly elected members for the year 2010 – 2012
and handover the charge.

To Discuss and finalize the budget for the year 2010

To Discuss and finalize the activities of the year 2010 and planning for the
Seminar in the month of Nov.2010 by Kolhapur Branch.
